Cancellation Policy

I agree to pay the total charges for services to be provided by Rare Ranch LLC (the “Business”). I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges. I also understand that my deposit/fee is only refundable if at least 5 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) prior to the project date listed above, the Business (1) receives written notice at its address listed below via certified mail, return receipt requested, or (2) is notified by phone at (702) 900-7382 or email rareranch@gmail.com of my intent to cancel this contract, change my project dates or place the project on hold. Partial Refund Schedule as follows: 3 Days Notice of Cancellation: 50% Refund 2 Days or Less Notice of Cancellation: 0% Refund All credit card refunds will be processed for your next billing statement. I am aware that any failure to comply with this Cancellation/Hold and Refund policy shall result in the forfeit of any deposit(s)/fee(s) paid. I understand should I refuse to allow the Business to service my project within the date(s) indicated on my estimate, send a truck or staff away, or cancel services after a truck or staff have arrived, my deposit is non-refundable.
